Weeks ago, Kim Kardashian was sticking up for Jessica Simpson amid rampant media coverage of Simpson’s weight gain. Now, Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim’s message of girl power continues as she sticks up for fellow female starlet Lindsay Lohan, People.com reports.

It’s been a tremulous past days for Lohan; an arrest warrant issued, an arrest warrant removed, and then police showing up Saturday after an argument with girlfriend Sam Ronson escalated into a window being broken.

On the arrival of the police to Ronson’s house Saturday, Kardashian told People, “It’s so sad that there’s such an invasion of privacy, with camera people, cops and paparazzi outside their home.” There’s also been recent buzz that Lohan may have fallen back into her old, unhealthy party lifestyle. To these rumors, Kardashian added, “Just because she had an argument, I don’t think it means that she’s off track and that everything is crazy. It’s really just messed up that everyone blames her.”

Despite Lindsay’s stressful Hollywood life, at least fellow Hollywood starlets are sticking up for her rather than picking catfights.
