What with break-ups and potential break-ins, poor Lindsay Lohan hasn’t had much luck of late.
But at least police have a lead on the latter – the LAPD has just released CCTV images of the attempted break-in at her Hollywood Hills home on Tuesday afternoon.
The surveillance video shows a masked man, his face obscured with a bandanna and baseball cap, getting out of a car and going into Lindsay’s back garden.

Police believe he then tried to pry open a back window and door, while the driver of waiting Dodge Magnum station wagon stayed in the car.
The alarm triggered and their attempt unsuccessful, the pair then drove off in the car, which bore paper plates and custom wheels.
An LAPD spokesman said in a statement: ‘On May 12, 2009, a pair of burglars attempted to break into a home in the Hollywood Hills during broad daylight and their images were caught on surveillance video. The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating those suspects as well as the vehicle.’ • Read full story…
